Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. We are expanding our Birmingham site and looking for a Business Process Manager to drive operational excellence across warehouse operations.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days onsite and 2 remote, with a salary of up to £46,465 per annum. You will collaborate with Operations, IT and customer teams to deliver sustainable process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience working within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
• Experience delivering change projects and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or qualifications would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process improvement projects across warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Analyse current operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer service.
• Work closely with Operations, IT, Solution Design and customer stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.
• Support customer implementations, operational change projects and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into practical process and system solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Support testing, validation and successful implementation of new processes and system developments.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and data analysis, recommending improvements where required.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement using Lean methodologies and best practice.
• Provide coaching and guidance to operational teams to ensure consistent process adoption.
