Arvato in Birmingham (Hams Hall) is seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced logistics operation. You will maintain building, equipment, robotics and automation systems to a high standard, ensuring business continuity and a safe workplace.
The role requires experience in maintenance, multi-skilled with mechanical/electrical know-how; responsibilities include planned maintenance, reactive support, contractor supervision, and compliance.

Salary: Up to £37,901.82per annum (depending on experience) Location:Hams Hall, Birmingham Hours: Full Time | 4 on 4 off days (6am-6pm)

We’re looking for a proactive Site Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Corby site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in maintaining a safe working environment, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics operation.
Working closely with the Site Engineering and Facilities teams, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our building, equipment, robotics and automation systems are maintained to a high standard, supporting business continuity and delivering a safe, compliant workplace.
Supporting the maintenance, fault-finding and basic troubleshooting of distribution centre robotics and automation equipment.
Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
