Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the WPG Settlements team in Manchester. You will lead reconciliation and reporting activities, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of operations and reconciliation processes.
Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and MI reporting.
Proven ability to lead projects and drive operational change.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in audit management and incident resolution.
Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
Ability to translate complex data into business insights.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead reconciliation and reporting activities, including aged item resolution, root cause analysis, month-end reporting.
MI production, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to drive insights and process improvements.
Manage audit tasks and ensure full resolution and ownership.
Lead incident, audit, and compliance activities, driving issue resolution and regulatory adherence.
Support strategic change initiatives by contributing to project delivery, impact assessments, and change readiness.
Monitor and report on risk, control, KPI, and KRI performance; review SOPs quarterly.
