Responsibilities

• Act as primary escalation point for complex queries and coordinate resolution.
• Support incident management and communicate during major incidents.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations and SOX-aligned checks.
• Manage month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce monthly MI reports and aged break reviews.
• Lead audit-related activities with timely, accurate actions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and controls.
• Maintain training and accreditation records, ensuring capability development.
• Deliver training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to the team.
