Job summary

Latham & Watkins in Manchester seeks a Business Process Analyst – Accounts Payable to join the Global Finance team. You will drive AP performance, governance, and process improvements with a flexible hybrid work arrangement in the Manchester office.

Responsibilities include KPI/ dashboard development, end-to-end transformation, and partnering with tech and business teams to enable successful implementations. Strong English and Six Sigma are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with business-level proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Six Sigma Green Belt with track record of process improvements.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Procure-to-Pay.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; QBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP performance analysis, develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
• Drive end-to-end AP process improvements and governance.
• Support AP change delivery with technology partners and stakeholders.
• Contribute to AP roadmap, track actions, risks and benefits.
