New Opportunity – Business Operations Team Leader | Remote | 6 Months FTC Secondment

Must have HE Background

I'm working with a well-established, mission-driven education provider currently seeking a Business Operations Team Leader to join their business operations department. This is a 6-month, full-time fixed-term contract with fully remote working and the opportunity to lead meaningful change and service improvements.

If you have a passion for operations, process improvement, and team collaboration — and you're ready to step into a leadership role — this could be a great fit.

As Business Operations Team Leader, you will:

  1. Manage and maintain administrative processes and service standards
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  3. Use data insights and feedback to identify and mitigate risks to the student experience
  4. Support strategic projects and initiatives alongside senior leaders
  5. Lead change implementation within a fast-paced academic environment

Must have HE background

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in operations or administrative management
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • A confident communicator and team collaborator
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on customer service and outcomes
  • Must have background in working in HE

Candidates must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
