Business Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid, Stone , Staffordshire (Reporting to our Stone office 2 times per week)
Status: Permanent, Full Time

What is the role of a Business Operations Manager? The Business Operations Manager holds a critical role in driving organizational change and evolution to achieve strategic priorities and objectives. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and implementing transformational initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Responsible for developing and executing project plans, ensuring alignment with the company's values, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key focus on ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations and revenue operations strategies. This position is responsible for managing the details of business processes, developing global procedures, and reports on performance through metrics and KPIs. Additionally, this role is expected to recommend ways to strengthen business processes with the goal of creating a global high-performing teams.

What to expect?

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business transformation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Change Management: Lead and facilitate change management efforts by ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, informed, and supported throughout the end-to-end project management
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Technology Integration: Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions to support transformation initiatives, including software, tools, and systems.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, monitor progress, and measure success
• Project Management: Plan and oversee the execution of projects, including setting goals, defining project scopes, allocating resources, and managing timelines.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and obstacles to success, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the process.
• Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance benchmarks to track the impact of strategic initiatives.
• Training and Development: Develop training programs to upskill employees and ensure they are equipped to adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to projects and progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing changes accordingly.
• Market: Develop and maintain a global TAM/SAM for all products and product lines
• Ad hoc reporting, data enrichment, data mining, and cross-functional engagements

Skills you’ll need:

• Proven experience program management, change management, or process improvement
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and software tools to drive transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
