Overview
The Operations Manager will play a central role in guiding and supporting the operational and strategic objectives of our organization. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset to manage key projects and initiatives, including cross-functional projects and long-term growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in robust operations and project management, with a focus on driving efficiency, process improvement, and organizational alignment.
Roles And Responsibilities
Company-Wide Process Optimization
- Identify, analyze, and streamline inefficiencies in cross-functional workflows, leveraging automation tools to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Proactively troubleshoot operational risks by implementing scalable solutions and monitoring systems for continuous improvement.
- Lead change management processes, facilitating the successful rollout and adoption of company-wide policies.
UK Entity & Payments Infrastructure
- Lead the end-to-end process of operationalizing the UK entity, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
- Set up and manage the UK-based payment processing infrastructure.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to establish necessary frameworks for operations in the UK.
Audit & Compliance
- Lead and oversee internal/external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Mitigate risks through proactive controls and process reviews.
Support and Ad-Hoc Projects
- Lead project coordination for the internal ERP migration
- Handle routine business activities, such as office lease management, insurance coordination, and compliance with legal filings.
- Optimize and streamline day-to-day operations by implementing and improving policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity and cross-departmental efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management (advanced degree preferred)
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Strategic leader and data-driven decision-maker proficient in cross-functional management, using operational tools and leveraging analytics platforms
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency through process optimization and scaling (Lean Six Sigma/Agile/Kaizen), workflow automation, and continuous improvement programs
- Strong communicator able to align stakeholders and lead change management efforts
