What this job can offer you

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Cross-Ops Senior Business Operations Manager to join our team. This role is critical for driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to work independently but collaboratively across different teams.

  • Experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with Operations leadership to develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals.
    • Analyze business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimization and Resource Management:
    • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
    • Identify and address operational risks and opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze data to provide insights into business operations.
    • Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and project progress.
    • Utilize data to forecast business trends and influence decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Lead communication and coordination among teams to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement standardized operating processes and best practices across departments to ensure operational excellence.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.
    • Provide visibility to senior management on project status and updates.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $44,200 - $99,450. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
