SCA Pacific Case Management has a challenging opportunity for an experienced business leader.

This position performs hands-on management and oversight of daily business operations to include:

  1. Finance: Manages and coordinates organizational accounting functions to include outsourced providers, preparation of financial reports, and assists in the development of the annual budget.
  2. Information Technology: Manages, coordinates, and oversees organizational computer resources and systems. Will become Subject Matter Expert.
  3. Human Resources: Interviews, hires, and onboards new staff, oversees the performance management system, disciplinary actions, and manages company benefits to include working with various vendors.
  4. Administration: Provides direct oversight of the administrative team and support to the company.
  5. Facilities: Oversees the organization's facilities to include formal lease documents, insurance, and furniture.

This position is salaried and must be able to meet the demands of the business needs, working directly with the Principal Group.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Five years of Operations Management experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Legal.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the company. Ability to provide business recommendations based on statistical data, thoroughly researched alternatives, and known metrics. An independent problem solver with sound analytical abilities capable of high-quality judgments and decisions. Advanced planning and organizational skills. Innate Customer Service focus with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Leadership skills to include the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects. Advanced Excel and Access skills.
