Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Five years of Operations Management experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Legal.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the company. Ability to provide business recommendations based on statistical data, thoroughly researched alternatives, and known metrics. An independent problem solver with sound analytical abilities capable of high-quality judgments and decisions. Advanced planning and organizational skills. Innate Customer Service focus with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Leadership skills to include the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects. Advanced Excel and Access skills.
