The role:
Corndel is seeking exceptional individual to join our Operations Resourcing team as a Resourcing Manager. We are looking for a skilled Resourcing Manager to work directly with our Delivery Director- Resourcing and Director of Operational Resourcing to support in operational resource allocation, communication, planning, forecasting, and utilisation optimisation for our Operations Team. The Resourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying Professional Development Expert (PDE) resource gaps, proposing utilisation opportunities and solutions, and maximising the use of PDE resource to support the needs of the growing sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven record of optimising resources to meet business objectives. Being able to work flexibly and under pressure is key to success in this role. Additionally, they will manage stakeholder collaborations to ensure the highest utilisation of operational resources and best outcomes for learners and clients. They will work collaboratively with PDEs, Ops leads, business development team members, the Learner events team and Compliance team to ensure the smooth onboarding of learners each month. This role is pivotal in continuing operational success at scale for Corndel.
