Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a respected car dealership in Walton-on-Thames for a motivated Business Manager. You will lead the sales team, drive customer service standards and ensure regulatory compliance across the showroom.

This role offers a competitive basic salary of £35,000 with a realistic £55,000 OTE, a company car, and clear opportunities for career progression within a well-established dealership. The 44-hour week includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in automotive sales.
• Strong knowledge of financial and insurance products and regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Automotive experience is essential.

• Support and coach Sales Executives to meet targets.

This is an excellent Business Manager opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to assume a key leadership role within a well-established dealership. The Business Manager will play a vital part in driving the success of the sales team, ensuring high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Duties as a Business Manager will include:

• Support and coach Sales Executives to meet individual and team targets
• Identify suitable funding and insurance options for customers while adhering to compliance standards
• Explain financial and insurance products accurately and in accordance with regulations
• Monitor finance and insurance performance against targets
• Assist in planning, forecasting, and adjusting dealership strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention
• Ensure compliance standards are consistently met and upheld

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Executive in the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of financial and insurance products and relevant regulations
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Automotive experience is essential for this role
