Octane Recruitment Ltd in Walton-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Senior Sales Executive set to move into management for a 12-month maternity cover. The role demands automotive sales experience, strong Finance & Insurance knowledge, and compliance awareness.

You will support Sales Executives, drive dealership performance, and coach the team while maintaining compliant finance processes and up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive.
• Strong understanding of automotive Finance & Insurance products.
• Good knowledge of compliance and treating customers fairly.
• Confident coaching and supporting Sales Executives.
• Strong commercial awareness and performance focus.
• Full UK Driving Licence - essential and Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Executives and drive dealership sales performance.
• Identify suitable customer finance and insurance options while maintaining a compliant sales process.
• Coach and develop the Sales Team to achieve business objectives.
• Support management with planning, forecasting and dealership performance.
• Maintain strong product and regulatory knowledge.
• Monitor sales activity and provide regular performance feedback to management.

Business / Transaction Manager - Walton-on-Thames

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive ready to progress into management for a 12-month maternity cover position in Walton-on-Thames. Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience, strong Finance & Insurance and compliance knowledge, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Location: Walton-on-Thames

Contract: 12-month maternity cover

Hours: 44 hours per week on a rota basis - Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-3:00pm
