Job summary

Sefton Council is recruiting a Business Intelligence and Technical Support Officer to join MEAS. The role provides BI, technical support and administration to keep services aligned with business priorities and legal agreements.

You will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling a fast-paced workload with professionalism and discretion. Working as part of a small team, you will support management and other technical officers, assist with information management

Responsibilities

• Technical business support activities including operation and maintenance of information management systems to support monitoring and performance functions.
• Support the MEAS team on personnel and human resource queries.
• Responsibility for financial management, monitoring and reporting support activities for the Service.
• Providing IT support and assist with the provision of IT solutions to support Core Service delivery.
