Job summary

Kier Group in Bridgwater, Somerset invites applications for a Business Information Graduate to join the Infrastructure team on the Bridgwater Tidal Barrier project. You’ll assist with data reporting and KPI monitoring.

The 2-year permanent graduate scheme leads to an assistant level role with salary potential around £38k. Starting salary is £31,000 plus a car allowance of up to £4,750 for eligible applicants; start date September 2027.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Project Management, Business Management or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of producing reports for stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for data/reporting of key project KPIs for the SCAPE framework.
• Utilise internal systems (e.g., CRM) and client/framework reporting to satisfy compliance.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across divisions and teams.

Starting Salary:£31,000 per annum plus potential car allowance of £4,750 depending on eligibility

Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k

Starting date: September 2027

What will you be responsible for?

As a Business Information Graduate, you'll be assisting in various aspects of the organisation's operations, supporting key business functions.

Your day to day will include:

• Responsible for data/ reporting of SCAPE framework including all project KPIs.
• Utilising internal systems e.g. CRM and client/ framework reporting to satisfy compliance requirements.
• Dealing with wide range of stakeholders - internally and externally, building a broad network across all divisional sectors and teams.
• Supporting information management across the framework, potentially with a desire to move into a future Project Management role

What are we looking for?

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Project Management, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce reports and engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
