About The Role

Working as part of the multi-award-winning Create Social team at MG OMD, the Business Director will be a senior lead across our largest account and play a key role in the overall team operations. Responsibilities include overseeing creative, strategic, and project delivery, providing senior client support across social strategy, content, and campaigns. The role involves working closely with agency partners and cross-agency teams to deliver social-first work that drives business growth.

About You
  • Exceptional leadership skills to manage major accounts, supported by the Head of Social and Create Leadership team, leveraging strong relationships with key social channels.
  • Ability to streamline complex relationships into clear processes to optimize team performance.
  • Experience in developing talent, directing work, and managing client relationships to deliver measurable results and creative opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen to drive revenue while maintaining value for clients.
  • Passion and knowledge of social media industry trends, understanding human behavior that influences social feeds.
  • Understanding of client business operations, stakeholder management, and effective communication in their language.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for large brands, delivering award-winning work, and handling substantial commercial retainers.
