Tops Pizza, a well-established UK takeaway brand, seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen local presence across takeaway and delivery stores. You will craft strategies to increase orders, attract and retain customers, and boost brand visibility across online and offline channels.

The role includes coordinating with delivery platforms, developing local partnerships, and guiding store teams to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and local marketing strategies to increase takeaway and delivery orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, community groups and event organisers for catering and bulk orders.
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage local promotions, loyalty initiatives, social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Work with delivery platforms to improve listings, promotions and visibility.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, influencers and community organisations to increase brand awareness.
• Analyse sales, customer feedback, order trends and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with store teams to improve customer satisfaction, service quality and repeat business.
• Provide commercial input into menu offerings, promotions and pricing.
• Support recruitment, training and staff development where required.
