Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive field sales of steel roofing and cladding products across the South region. You will primary focus on main contractors and specialist roofing/cladding contractors, building relationships and delivering high-quality materials and services.

The ideal candidate has field sales experience in roofing and cladding, with knowledge of purlins, roofing sheets, roof lights, guttering, flashings, insulated sheeting, or fibre

Competenze

• Must have field sales experience in roofing & cladding market sector.
• Ideally knowledge of purlins, roofing sheets, roof lights, guttering, flashings, insulated sheeting, fibre cement.

Mansioni

• Sell high quality roofing & cladding supplies to main contractors and specialist roofing/cladding contractors.
• Manage field sales activities focused on the South region; achieve turnover targets based on experience.
• Promote associated services such as roofing sheets, guttering, flashings and insulation.

Area to be covered: South (stoke down) Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + annual bonus circa £6,000 doe

Benefits: £6,000 car allowance & full benefits package The role of the Business Development Manager Steel Roofing & Cladding will involve:

Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of steel roofing & cladding supplies & associated services such as; roofing sheets, roof lights, guttering, flashings, insulted sheeting, fibre cement etc

Majority of your time will be focusing on selling to main contractors & specialist roofing / cladding contractors

Turnover target will be determined by your experience

Projects size can vary depending on size and scope of projects

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager Steel Roofing & Cladding with:

Must have field sales experience in the roofing & cladding market sector

Ideally purlins, flat sheets, roofing sheets, roof lights, guttering, flashings, insulated sheeting, fibre cement product knowledge

Must have experience selling to main contractors & specialist roofing / cladding contractors

Must be technical minded
