Job Summary

The CDW Solution Sales organization collaborates with sales to deliver high-value outcomes and experiences to our existing and prospective customers across various technology pillars, including Hybrid Platforms, Modern Workspace, Security, and Digital Enablement.

The Solution Sales team mainly comprises Business Development professionals (Sales Specialists) and Solution Architects (Presales Technical Resources).

The Business Development Manager role focuses on:

  • Result-driven sales, aiming to meet financial metrics.
  • Creating and executing SMART business plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Specializing in Secure Networking solutions and services, particularly HPE Aruba technologies.

This role is aligned with the Hybrid Platform team, emphasizing multi-platform and cloud solutions, with a focus on Secure Networking and HPE Aruba technologies. The individual will drive CDW’s Secure Networking solutions, fostering growth through partnerships and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish new relationships within CDW and externally to drive revenue and profit contributions.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop pipelines.
  • Execute the business plan and meet milestones.
  • Maintain certifications supporting vendor accreditation.
  • Promote programs and initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage the HPE Aruba services pipeline and forecasts.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Proven success in sales growth through structured sales cycles.
  • Understanding of networking, security, data centers, cloud, and AI markets is advantageous.
  • Experience in sales environments, proposals, and customer meetings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Desirable experience in overlay solutions.
