Business Development Manager
Field based role South Coast region (covering from Southampton & Portsmouth on the South coast, across Surrey & Kent, and into South London)
Circa £55K plus generous performance-based bonus and car allowance
Our client, a building society based in The Midlands, is seeking a highly capable and personable Business Development Manager (BDM) to take ownership of the key South Coast territory. This role involves more than sales — it requires managing complex cases from DIP through to completion, working closely with brokers, underwriters, and credit teams to deliver bespoke lending solutions, often in high-value, complex mortgage and bridging scenarios.
