A leading company in powered access rental seeks a Business Development Manager for Regional Sales in Scunthorpe. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of accounts, driving new business, and requires a proven track record in the construction rental sector. The ideal candidate will be skilled in customer management and developing sales strategies with support from industry-leading operational resources.
Business Development Manager - Regional Sales
Competitive salary + quarterly bonus (OTE 30% of salary) + car or £6,000 car allowance
You'll work with a portfolio of accounts that hire powered access machines, identifying opportunities to sell our market-leading fleet of machines and value-added services to maximize our share of wallet. You'll also identify, nurture, and close opportunities for new business with lapsed accounts and new logo customers.
You'll have the support of industry-leading operational resources, with regular investment in high-quality machines and people.
As the market leader, we offer progression opportunities into key accounts, strategic accounts, and beyond to sales management. Many of our senior management team started as individual contributors with us.
