Assess lending risk carefully, ensuring each proposal is thorough, transparent, and compliant.

Support client retention and growth by assisting in annual reviews and day-to-day portfolio management.

Collaborate across departments to flag opportunities, mitigate risk, and improve processes.

Maintain accurate forecasting and sales tracking to enable smarter decision-making.

Manage borrower requests that impact credit risk to protect the bank’s position.

Champion the customer experience by encouraging feedback and driving service improvements.

Who You Are

You are commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and driven by building meaningful relationships – both with clients and your team. Experience in commercial or development lending is a plus, but attitude and ambition are most important.
