Discover and convert new business opportunities – from standard lending to complex deals like Development Finance.

Assess lending risk with care, ensuring each proposal is thorough, transparent, and compliant.

Support client retention and growth by assisting in annual reviews and day-to-day portfolio management.

Collaborate across departments to flag opportunities, mitigate risk, and improve processes.

Maintain accurate forecasting and sales tracking to enable smarter decision-making.

Help protect the bank’s position by managing borrower requests that impact credit risk.

Champion the customer experience by encouraging feedback and driving service improvements.

Who You Are

You're commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and driven by building meaningful relationships – both with clients and your team. A background in commercial or development lending is a plus, but attitude and ambition matter most.

Skills Required:

• A proven record of success in business development, whether that be direct or via introducers.
• Great credit analysis skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
