Discover and convert new business opportunities – from standard lending to complex deals like Development Finance.

Assess lending risk carefully, ensuring each proposal is thorough, transparent, and compliant.

Support client retention and growth through annual reviews and portfolio management.

Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve processes.

Maintain accurate forecasting and sales tracking for better decision-making.

Manage borrower requests impacting credit risk to protect the bank’s position.

Enhance customer experience by encouraging feedback and driving service improvements.

Who You Are

You are commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and driven by building meaningful relationships with clients and your team. Experience in commercial or development lending is a plus, but attitude and ambition are most important.

Skills Required:

  • A proven success record in business development, either directly or through introducers.
  • Strong credit analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
