Job summary

Triangle Fire Systems Ltd seeks a commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive new business and grow existing accounts within the retrofit and passive fire protection division. The role targets residential retrofit and fire remediation markets, building relationships with contractors, housing associations, local authorities, and main contractors.

Qualifications

• Track record in business development or sales within passive fire protection.
• Understanding of passive fire protection systems and fire remediation market, including regulatory landscape.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities in retrofit sprinkler and fire remediation market.
• Manage and grow portfolio of existing client relationships as primary contact for key accounts.
• Prepare and present tender submissions, proposals, and quotations with estimating and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline with regular forecasting and reporting to senior management.
• Attend site visits, meetings and industry events to build market presence and stay current with sector developments.
• Coordinate handover from sale to delivery with operations for successful project lifecycle.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform commercial strategy.
• Represent Triangle Fire Systems at industry forums and networking events.
