Job summary

NEO Property Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Passive Fire Protection sector. You will identify profitable opportunities, build client relationships, and support tender submissions across Education, Social Housing, Student Accommodation, Hotels and Public Sector.

This role offers autonomy within a wider group sales function, with opportunities to share market intelligence and collaborate with commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling Passive Fire Protection services.
• Experience selling into Education, Social Housing, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Leisure and Public Sector.
• Strong understanding of Passive Fire Protection projects, including Compartmentation and Fire Doors.
• Bid writing and technical proposal experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to secure new revenue.
• Research and identify new opportunities within target sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and end-users.
• Generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of tender enquiries.
• Provide consultative solutions that differentiate from competitors.
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Support tender submissions with high-quality responses.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams on proposals.
• Monitor market trends and regulations impacting service delivery.
