Job summary

Neo Property Solutions, part of the PTSG Group, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of Passive Fire Protection to drive growth from our Leeds hub.

The role combines strategic development, tender support, and client relationship management across Education, Social Housing, Public Authorities and hospitality sectors, with hybrid/remote working and occasional UK travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling Passive Fire Protection services to education, housing, public sector and hospitality sectors.
• Strong bid writing and tender submission capabilities with consultative sales approach.
• Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and navigate complex procurement processes.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and operate with autonomy within a team.
• Full UK driving licence and proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to secure new revenue.
• Research new opportunities and grow the pipeline of tender enquiries.
• Build relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors and decision-makers.
• Prepare professional proposals and responses to technical method statements.
• Collaborate with technical/commercial teams on competitive project proposals.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments affecting service delivery.
