Why Join Savaria UK?

This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own territory, plan your own schedule, and develop relationships that drive real business growth.

You'll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships with trade customers and dealerships across your region.

Alongside an established territory, you'll have the exciting opportunity to help shape and expand our presence in Northern Ireland and Ireland, creating new routes to market and building a strong foundation for future growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering sales, revenue and margin targets.
  • Working closely with business owners, decision-makers and purchasing teams.
  • Managing opportunities from initial contact through to successful implementation.
  • Executing territory growth plans to increase market share.
  • Building strong, dependable customer partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Acting as the product expert for Handicare solutions within your customer base.
  • Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and customer needs.
  • Producing accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
  • Collaborating with internal sales, product and support teams to maximise opportunities.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently and thrives on developing customer relationships.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven success in a Business Development, Territory Sales or Account Management role.
  • Strong B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling through trade channels, dealership networks or distribution partners.
  • Knowledge of the Stairlift, Through Floor Lift, Inclined Platform Lift or Steplift markets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to winning business.
  • The ability to manage your own diary, priorities and territory effectively.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • A desire to exceed targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Experience within mobility, accessibility, healthcare, construction products, home improvement, medical devices, or a related B2B environment would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from talented sales professionals from a variety of sectors
