An established creative agency in Sheffield is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their growing team. The Role

As Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new client acquisition. You will identify and pursue opportunities across key sectors such as retail, heritage, manufacturing, property, and construction. This role requires a solid understanding of agency services and a proven record of generating and converting leads.

Duties
  1. Researching and identifying high-value business opportunities
  2. Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  3. Engaging and nurturing prospective clients
  4. Leading outreach and pitch meetings
  5. Developing strategies to support long-term business growth
  6. Reporting regularly to senior management
  7. Representing the agency at industry events and within the Sheffield City Region
What We’re Looking For
  1. Strong experience in business development within a creative, branding, or digital agency (4+ years)
  2. Excellent knowledge of the marketing and digital landscape
  3. Proven ability to hit growth targets and develop key relationships
  4. Strategic mindset with an eye for opportunity
  5. Confident communicator with top-notch written and verbal skills
  6. A network of relevant contacts is a bonus
  7. Ambition, energy, and a proactive attitude
Location & Flexibility

The role is based near the city centre of Sheffield (free car parking). Hybrid working is supported, but the successful candidate will be expected to work from the office a minimum of three days per week.
