The Role of the Business Development Manager
  • Selling lighting products and controls via ME contractors and back-selling through wholesalers.
  • You time will be spilt with 70% with contractor and 30% with wholesalers.
  • Handling projects across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare.
  • Managing full project cycle with support from the quotations team.
  • Driving growth the area forward, aiming to increase sales.

Salary
  • Salary £25k-£35k, Mon – Friday 8.30 – 17.00pm Office based, Holiday, bonus, Pension, Training
  • Up to £42K, Uncapped Commission, Lunch Vouchers, Pension, Car, Laptop, Mobile.
  • £35k Basic, £60k OTE, uncapped commission scheme paid quarterly, 23 days holiday, birthday off plus bank holidays, contributory pension, retail discounts, training, and progression opportunities.
