Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager for Fire & Security Systems in the UK. You will drive field sales for turnkey security solutions, with a heavy CCTV emphasis and direct engagement with end users across logistics, industrial and commercial sectors.

The role targets £700k-£800k annual revenue. Salary £55k plus commission with an OTE of £170k, and offers Hybrid work options with a company car or car allowance and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable field sales track record in fire and security industry.

Responsibilities

• Field sales role predominantly selling specialist security solutions.
• 80% CCTV focussed, 20% fire alarms, intruder alarms and access control.
• Sell direct to end users within logistics, industrial, and commercial sectors.
• New business development role.
• Targeted to achieve £700,000-£800,000 annual revenue.
• Projects range from £2,000 for small works up to £400,000 for large projects.
• Client partnered with leading manufacturers such as Avigilon and Hanwha CCTV, Gent Fire Alarms, Paxton and Gallagher Access Control and Galaxy Intruder Alarms.
• Full turn-key fire & security system offering.
• Leads provided from partnered manufacturers, plus dormant customer list (Glenigan or Barber ABI can be provided).
• Ideal to utilize own network of contacts within the industry.
