Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager – Security & Life Safety Systems

Location: Nottinghamshire

Salary: Competitive, with performance-based commission

The Resourcing Team is recruiting on behalf of a trusted provider of integrated security and life safety solutions, working with many of the UK’s leading retailers and businesses. As a Gent 24 SI partner and SSAIB-accredited company, they deliver cutting-edge technology, remote monitoring, and service excellence across the retail, gambling, and facilities management (FM) sectors.

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales & Business Development Manager to join their growing team and help us expand their security and life systems presence across the UK.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with industry experience and strong contacts within the retail, gambling, and FM markets. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering tailored security and life safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the retail, gambling, and FM sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet agreed targets
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with technical, project, and service teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
  • Stay informed about market trends, technology developments, and competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and reporting
  • Represent Link Integrated at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience in the security or life safety systems industry
  • Existing network of contacts within the target sectors
  • Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, target-driven approach
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
