Job summary

Bimplus is hiring a Business Development Manager for Building Envelope Systems to drive growth across the national market, ideally based in the Northern Home Counties or South East. You will promote external envelope solutions and work with main contractors and sub-contractors to win projects.

The role focuses on new business generation for projects including student accommodation, high-rise residential, affordable homes, and office blocks.

Qualifications

• Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling sectors.
• Must have sold to main contractors & sub-contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to hit the ground running.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Promote installation services of external envelope systems such as cladding, SFS, curtain walling, rainscreen, windows & glazing.
• All time spent selling to main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Majority of time spent generating new business.
• Projects include student accommodation, high-rise residential, affordable homes, office blocks and luxury homes.
