We are thrilled to recruit EXCLUSIVELY for this multiple award-winning, niche travel business seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance brand awareness of their unique, B-corp brand across Europe, especially Germany.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director – EMEA, this role offers a vibrant company culture and benefits such as a competitive salary, remote working, and bonuses.

Job Description:

This Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the Sales Director to establish market influence in Europe, primarily Germany.

  1. Set annual objectives and KPIs to support growth across key accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  3. Manage accounts through regular communication, reporting, and strategic planning.
  4. Report on performance, pipeline, and activity to the Sales Director, EMEA.
  5. Develop and implement marketing plans with key accounts aligned to sales targets and budgets.
  6. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, training, and promotional materials.
  7. Keep Salesforce updated with accurate records of partner interactions.
  8. Support new partners with onboarding, training, and sales tools.
  9. Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
  10. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry meetings.

Experience Required:

  1. Established partnerships with travel providers across Europe, mainly Germany.
  2. At least 3 years in a similar role within the travel industry, with key contacts in Germany.
  3. Proven success in exceeding KPIs, managing budgets, and creating sales/marketing plans.
  4. Skills in contract management, partner performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
  5. Self-starter with attention to detail, social media skills (LinkedIn preferred), and goal-oriented.
  6. Willing to travel as needed.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Office.
  8. Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic demeanor.
