Job Description:

E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading Energy supplier who is looking for a high-performing direct sales professional with deep knowledge of the UK I&C energy market.

This role focuses on new business development — identifying, pitching, and closing deals with large energy users (25GWh+), including electricity and gas. Responsibilities include leading complex tenders, structuring competitive solutions, and building lasting client relationships from scratch.

  • Direct sales experience in the I&C energy sector (TPI broker or supplier side)
  • Strong commercial drive and hunter mentality
  • Proven track record in fixed/flex energy contract sales
  • Skilled in managing tenders and complex negotiations
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated

Business Development Manager

Location: London office (1-2 times per week)

Salary: up to £85,000 plus commission
