The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected manufacturer in the renewable energy infrastructure sector. As Business Development Manager - Energy Infrastructure, you will develop business across four fast-growing markets: solar PV, wind, hydrogen, and energy storage. You will focus on strategic sales and early-stage project involvement, engaging stakeholders including EPCs, System Integrators, OEMs, Utilities, Operators, and DNOs.

You will sell high-performance products such as HMIs, SaaS, cabinets, voltage protection, remote condition monitoring, tooling, cabling, and connectors. Working closely with technical and product teams across the UK and Europe, you will deliver tailored solutions and secure high-value deals. This is a field-based, national role requiring regular travel and the autonomy to shape your territory and sales strategy.

Requirements:
  • Proven field sales experience in a technical or engineering-led environment
  • Background in complex, multi-stakeholder business development
  • Experience working with contractors, EPCs, energy operators, OEMs, or utilities
  • Strong understanding of the UK energy infrastructure or renewables sector (preferred)
  • Comfortable with national travel and occasional international trips
The Package:
  • £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary
