Working within our Defence team, we seek an experienced Business Development Account Manager with extensive SaaS sales experience to lead our growing team.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with current clients and expand into new Defence areas, focusing on SaaS sales.
You should have established relationships within the MOD and defence industry, managing and growing influence through consultative engagement, stakeholder management, and reputation building. Reporting to the Defence Account Director, you will work with a dedicated team to maintain and grow our Defence client base.
This role involves sales, leadership, client management, and team management. Responsibilities include:
Role Location:
Hybrid working across UK offices or from home, with regular visits to clients mainly in the South West, South, London, and Midlands.
The Fit:
Ideal candidates will have senior sales or business development experience with MOD clients, including:
Candidates must be able to obtain high-level security clearance, requiring UK citizenship and residence in the UK for the past 5 years.
