Business Development Manager – Cyber Security

£70-90k basic x2 OTE + Benefits

Location : Home-based (North-East visits when needed)

A growing tech business is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead cyber security sales into the SME market. You’ll focus on winning new clients, building a strong pipeline, and delivering consultative, value-led sales.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate and close new cyber security opportunities
  • Hit monthly / quarterly targets
  • Build and manage a quality pipeline
  • Present solutions clearly and confidently
  • Negotiate commercials and manage accurate forecasting
  • Research target sectors and stay up to date on products
  • Support smooth handovers to account management
What You’ll Need
  • Proven success in tech or managed services sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience selling to senior leaders / owners
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • SME market experience a bonus
