Job Summary:
We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Process Automation and Workflow sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive growth and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth. This involves developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and preparing and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring that their needs are met and that our services are aligned with their expectations.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and client satisfaction. Your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills will be essential in navigating complex business environments and making data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be vital in achieving our business development objectives.
Business Process Automation:
As part of your responsibilities, you will also focus on business process automation to enhance efficiency and productivity. This includes identifying areas where automation can streamline operations, implementing automated solutions, and continuously monitoring their effectiveness. You will work with various departments to integrate automation tools and ensure that they align with overall business objectives.
Driving New Business from Existing Accounts :
In addition to acquiring new clients, you will be responsible for driving new business from existing accounts. This involves identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, developing tailored strategies to meet the evolving needs of current clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with account managers to understand client requirements and leverage these relationships to generate additional revenue. Your ability to nurture and expand existing accounts will be key to sustaining long-term business growth.

You have proven experience in Business Process Automation software sales with a track record of success, demonstrating your ability to thrive in new business development. As a natural hunter, you excel at identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Your consultative sales approach allows you to identify efficiency gains for clients, ensuring that their needs are met with tailored solutions. You are an engaging communicator, comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels, and your strong negotiation and closing skills make you highly commercially astute.

Location: travel to Monument office, London (hybrid working)
Salary: £50-55k basic | Competitive commission plan = uncapped earnings OTE + Travel allowance (band 4 £5100) + fantastic benefits, With access to our comprehensive development coaching for all Sales professionals
