About the Role

As a key member of our Field Sales team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Hunting for New Business: Prospect proactively through self-sourced and company leads to open doors to new clients.
  • Tailoring Solutions: Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Closing Deals: Present, negotiate, and finalize deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue.
  • Client Management: Nurture relationships for a seamless customer experience and maintain account management up to 12 months post-sale.
  • Data Analysis: Review data to identify growth opportunities, enhance client ROI, and ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in sales (Field Sales or high-performing Telesales)
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in overcoming objections
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
