Business Development Manager – B2B Travel

Central England (ideally Birmingham) | Full-time | Field-based

We’re hiring for a global travel tech leader, If you’re a B2B sales pro with travel industry experience and a passion for building strong partnerships, this is your chance to join a fast-growing platform transforming the way travel is sold.

This is a fully remote role with 3 days out visiting travel clients.

We are seeking someone based in Central England.

Business Development Job Purpose

  • Win new business across leisure clients to include Travel agents and OTA's
  • Reactivate and grow existing accounts
  • Own your region – from market research to strategic planning
  • Negotiate deals, onboard clients, and support their success
  • Travel regularly to build face-to-face relationships

What you bring:

  • 3+ years in B2B travel sales
  • Strong negotiation & client management skills
  • Track record of smashing targets
  • Great with CRM tools and travel tech
  • Proactive, driven, and ready to make an impact
