HSBC is seeking a Broker Business Development Manager to enhance broker relationships across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Broker Business Development Manager. There is no fixed base location for this role as it is a national position. The associated offices are in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, and London. The role involves regional travel to conduct regular meetings with Brokers, as well as supporting team leaders and relationship managers.
The UK commercial brokerage team is a newly formed business focused on establishing commercial relationships with intermediaries primarily within the SME market.
The Broker Development Manager will report to the Head of Brokerage but will support teams across the entire UK Business Banking division.
The primary responsibility of the Broker Development Manager is to develop broker relationships. This includes onboarding new brokers to HSBC and expanding relationships with existing brokers.
