Profiles Personnel is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive IT, Cyber Security and AI Governance solutions for UK clients. You will generate opportunities by phone, LinkedIn and email, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and actively manage your own sales pipeline.

This role offers structured training, mentoring and rapid progression, plus private healthcare, pension and on-site parking, with uncapped commission and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Attitude over experience; ambitious and motivated by success.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Commercially minded and eager to learn.
• Curious about technology and the impact of AI.
• Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree is welcome but not essential; previous sales experience isn’t required.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities through telephone, LinkedIn and email outreach
• Building relationships with business decision-makers
• Selling AI Governance, Cyber Security, IT and Connectivity solutions
• Managing your own sales pipeline and CRM
• Running discovery meetings and progressing opportunities through the sales cycle
• Working alongside experienced sales leaders who will coach and develop you
