Location: Fully Remote (UK / EMEA / USA / Global)

About the Role:

We are seeking highly driven and experienced Business Development Managers to lead client acquisition and Contractor/Permanent engagement within the IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Technology sectors. This is a 180° sales-focused role, ideal for proactive individuals who can develop and grow a Contractor/Permanent base across multiple skill verticals while securing new client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Logo Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new clients within the IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Tech landscapes.
  2. Contractor/Permanent Base Development: Build and maintain a strong network of Contractor/Permanent clients across relevant verticals.
  3. Market Strategy & Expansion: Conduct market research and implement business development strategies to penetrate key markets.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and long-term engagement.
  5. Commercial Negotiations: Structure competitive contract terms to maximize revenue and client retention.
  6. Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in contractor/permanent recruitment business development, with a proven track record of securing new clients.
  2. Strong understanding of IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Technology markets.
  3. Experience in developing and managing a Contractor/Permanent base across multiple skill verticals.
  4. Self-starter mentality: able to work independently and drive results without constant supervision.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
  7. Highly competitive commission structure: <35% of all commission generated for each new client onboarded during the first 12 months of the contractual agreement.
  8. 20% commission indefinitely: on revenue generated from each client logo beyond the first 12 months.
  9. Uncapped earning potential: with no restrictions on commission payouts.
  10. Opportunity to build a long-term, high-value client portfolio: with ongoing revenue streams.
