Job Description:

Business Development Manager - Worcester - 5 days in the office initially.

Training & Consultancy to MoD / Central Government / Corporate & Healthcare

£40,000pa to £50,000pa + £10k - £15k OTE

Company & Role:
  1. Training & Consultancy Provider operating nationally are now growing by 2 account managers as part of the growth plans for 2025.
  2. Since 1991, the company fulfils training & consultancy needs across various sectors and courses include: Projects & Programme Management, IT Service Management, Technical IT & Management Development.
  3. As Business Development Manager, you will be required to prospect for, and win new accounts.
  4. You will be based in the office initially for the first 6 months, after which there is a hybrid working model of 2 days working from home.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2yrs B2B sales experience in a service-led environment (e.g. Recruitment / Media Sales etc).
  2. You do not need training / education sector experience but if you do, this is ideal.
  3. Right to work in the UK.
  4. Experience in Account Management or New Business with Existing Accounts (50/50 split).
  5. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  6. Active Listening - consultative approach.
Salary & Benefits:

£40,000pa to £45,000pa dependent on experience
