Business Development Manager (East Anglia) (942083) Peterborough, England

Salary: GBP44000 - GBP50000 per annum + Car All + OTE + Remote

My client is a leading supplier of professional coating products and services, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for the East Anglia region (including part of North London) to join their team.

You will be a successful sales professional with a true HUNTER approach, ideally with coating industry experience (Automotive Refinishing, Industrial, Wood Coatings, Light Industrial, Refinishing).

This is a remote opportunity with occasional trips to the Head Office near Portsmouth as needed.

Package: GBP44,000 to GBP50,000 + DOE + OTE GBP80,000+ (uncapped)

Role Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
• Establish new business through an active sales pipeline, recorded in SharePoint.
• Implement new business initiatives in line with company strategy.
• Identify and contact key decision-makers within organizations.
• Meet with customers/clients face-to-face, over the phone, or via video call.
• Record all visits and interactions using the current reporting system.
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external business relationships.
• Identify key development areas from customer and portfolio perspectives.
• Maintain a customer database for mailshot campaigns via head office.
• Gather and feedback competitor and market intelligence.
• Handover new accounts to the regional team after a 3-month initial development period.
