The Roles: Business Development Managers (BDMs) & Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Opto HQ is on the hunt for highly motivated B2B Business Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic team. These fully remote roles are ideal for experienced field sales and prospecting professionals who thrive on building relationships, identifying pain points, and closing with confidence.
As a BDM, you’ll focus on strategic planning, nurturing leads, closing deals, and implementing key initiatives to drive business expansion.
As a SDR, you’ll be the initial point of contact for potential customers, focusing on identifying and qualifying leads, often through outbound prospecting and first touch engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
BDMs:
Consult with business owners to understand their card payment processing needs.
Educate prospects on faster, cheaper, more flexible merchant service options.
Qualify leads and capture key business details for our client.
Identify and implement strategic initiatives to support business growth.
Stay up to date with payment industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a consultative approach.
Represent Opto HQ and our clients with professionalism, energy, and expertise.
SDRs:
Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers.
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to hand off to BDMs.
Gather and document business neqeds and key decision-makers.
Support the sales pipeline by maintaining engagement with prospects.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Attributes:
Experience in B2B field sales or merchant services (BDMs)
Experience in outbound lead generation or telesales (SDRs)
Proven ability to close deals and hit targets (BDMs)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, driven, and organized in a remote work environment
