TNW Energy is a dynamic, fast-growing company specializing in commercial solar installations and energy procurement. We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking top-tier Sales Executives to join our outbound appointment setting team.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to transform cold data into high-quality appointments with UK business owners and decision-makers. You will be instrumental in driving our growth by:

  1. Making 200–300 outbound cold calls per day.
  2. Managing and tracking your pipeline with accuracy and accountability.
  3. Working UK business hours from a remote setup.
  4. Taking full ownership of your performance and outcomes.
  5. Managing your own client portfolio.
The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for individuals who embody professionalism, drive, and coachability:

  • 2–3+ years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience.
  • A clear, neutral English-speaking voice and confident phone manner.
  • Relentlessly target-driven, highly competitive, and eager to grow.
  • Resilient under pressure with a hunger for results.
  • Able to operate autonomously with a strong sense of discipline and structure.
