This opportunity is to join a rapidly growing cloud consultancy/MSP. The business is a Microsoft Partner specializing in cloud solutions, IT managed services, professional services, and consultancy.
They sell to mid-market and enterprise clients (200-2,000+ users). Their current customer base includes FTSE 100 companies such as Informa and SITA, as well as investment firms, NHS, and international law firms.
The Business Development Manager role focuses on new business sales, supported by data, vendor leads, and direct leads from Microsoft. The Sales Director is an ex-Microsoft employee with strong connections.
The company has shared offices in London for meetings, but the role is 100% home-based, with some team members working remotely from other locations like Spain. Meeting clients via video or face-to-face is encouraged.
The basic salary is approximately £45,000-50,000 plus uncapped 20% commission on all sales. Gross profit is calculated at 100% with no costs deducted on managed services.
