Job summary

SER Limited in Wales is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and nurture key accounts within the packaging sector. You will manage a £2,000,000 portfolio, prospect new customers and adopt a consultative sales approach to secure new business.

The role offers remote work from Wales, a salary of £40,000-£50,000 (DOE), a 20% bonus scheme and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, life insurance, healthcare, and company laptop/phone.

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum experience in packaging products (heavy duty & conventional corrugate).
• Must be happy to achieve £300,000 - £400,000 plus targets.
• Familiarity with Welch regions/areas

Responsibilities

• Regularly prospecting new customers and using a solution/consultative approach.
• New business development & lead generation
• £2,000,000 portfolio to manage, nurture and regularly up-sell
• Contributing to sales budget, revenue monitoring, and margin improvement
• Continue to look at market trends and growth areas.
• Working closely with the design team to come up with new ideas for products.
• Engaging with customers in the UK and possibly expanding into new markets
